Socially Distanced Delivery Policy

All deliveries will be made contactless. The driver will knock on the door and step back.
As we are unable to re-deliver, or leave flowers with a neighbour, if you don't think there will be a safe place to leave the flowers if the recipient isn't home, a contact phone number would be useful.

Gift Deliveries
Order by 12 noon for next day delivery, Sundays and Bank Holidays excluded. We cannot guarantee a set delivery time as our driver goes via the most efficient route on the day. If you have a specific time request please note this in the notes to seller at the checkout and we will endevour to accomadate you.

Funeral Flowers
Please allow 3 working days when ordering online. Please include both date and time of the funeral when ordering. We recommend delivery to the Funeral directors. We are then able to confirm details with them and ensure that the items are delivered at the suitable time.
Should you choose to have flowers delivered to a residential address, the flowers will be delivered no later than 2 hours prior to the requested time. If on arrival there is no reply, flowers will be left on the doorstep, weather permitting, or left with a neighbour.
Once designs have been delivered our service will be complete. We will not be held responsible for the care or arrival of flowers to the funeral beyond this point.
